Not boots.

Maybe it's because I live in Minnesota, where stilettos are hazardous in the winter and exposed skin can freeze in less than a minute, but I just saw something confusing.

I'm on a retailer's website, in the "boots" section.

These are not boots.

These are boots, sort of, but something has gone horribly wrong.

I don't even know what to say about this one. It looks like it would be good with a cast or some kind of orthopedic foot brace.

Obviously I don't fit this retailer's demographic. For now, I'll avoid frostbitten toes and wear my sexy snow boots.
Ha, that's what they look like in my mind. Unfortunately in the real world, real boots look like:
